Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Kazakhstan Agency for International Development (KazAID) had conducted a joint 2-days seminar introducing KAIZEN philosophy on October 24-25, 2022 in Dushanbe. It became a logical continuation of the online seminar conducted by these agencies on March 2-4, 2022 for Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. The participants positively assessed the high quality of the seminar and the professionalism of the lecturer, whose presentation was enjoyed by the entire audience.
Most of the participants responded that they were planning to apply the acquired knowledge in their work, especially in business consulting, management and in production. Also, they recognized that KAIZEN philosophy is very useful for their personal and career development. In this regard, the KazAID staff members received requests to conduct similar events in the near future.
It was a great opportunity to see how Kazakhstan continues sharing their gained knowledge and the KAIZEN philosophy with the people in Tajikistan. We hope such relation will continue and strengthen from now on.
