JICA announces the start of Application procedure for the scholarship training program "Core Human Resource Development for Road Asset Management".

The aim of the program is to develop the potential of young leaders from government agencies and academic institutions working in the field of road asset management through master's and doctoral studies at universities in Japan (host universities will be determined during the selection process).

The studying language is English. The Applications should be submitted to the JICA the Kyrgyz Republic Office in hard copy or electronic form no later than March 28, 2023.
