Since 2020, JICA has provided scholarships to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic for the study on the long-term training program "Core Human Resources Development for Road Asset Management".

To present, two participants from our country have successfully graduated from Master's course, and one is studying under Doctor's course. We call specialists and researchers from the road sector to examine the requirements of the competition and to take part in case of interest and eligibility.
